We wanted to thank you for the incredible job you did on the complete renovation of our master bath. After 27 years of living with a bathroom that could only be described as a disaster, we called you and within a few weeks we got the room we've always dreamed of.

Gary and Josh were great. They came early in the morning, worked all day with just a short lunch break and when they were done for the day they left little evidence that they had been here. The Architect, Ludwig Mies Van Der Rohe who said, God made the results even better than we had envisioned and, considering what he had to start with, it truly was a miracle.

Before contacting you, we spent months looking through magazines and bathroom redesign books deciding on just the style we wanted. You took our vision, fine tuned it with cost saving suggestions and made it a reality. We can't thank you enough.

Dear Sir:
My wife and I recently had our home renovated with vinyl siding and replacement windows. We have received many compliments on the new look of our home and we could not be more pleased with the results.

I am writing to especially compliment the two men who did the actual site work for us; Urbain Van Denbroeck and John Byers. They arrived by 8:00 am and worked like a synchronized team throughout the day, often beyond 8 hours to complete a specific task they did not want to leave unfinished for the the following day.

"Urb" and John were given access to our home, even in our absence, to use our bathroom and to have entry when needed to perform their work on the house. We don't normally leave our home unlocked and would not have done so unless we had complete confidence in these two men. They demonstrated that our trust was well placed.

Their attention to details and workmanship show in the results of their skills and are a credit to their abilities. They were efficient, prompt, friendly, courteous, totally professional in their demeanor and deserving of our highest praise. We hope you too will recognize their efforts.

Dear Bob,
Thank you so much for the great job you did for us. We are very pleased with the way the house looks both inside and out.

the new siding and roof were installed neatly and perfectly, including the small details that make all the difference. The master bedroom and both are so much warmer thanks to the new insulation but also to the fact that you added insulation to the upper story overhang that had not been insulated before.

Inside we love the new front windows and the raised panel door that you installed. I had never liked our living room window with the big flat picture window flanked by two double hung windows. Your suggestion to replace them with three large double hung windows not only looks pleasing but also provides more light. I think my favorite improvement is the replacement of the flat doors with raised panel doors - although now that we are painting them (23!), Jim isn't so sure! These doors just make everything look better. I had wanted the raised panels ever since you previously had replaced the garage/family room door and the back side doors.

Let me mention a few further things that make working with you such a pleasure: you are always courteous, kind and funny, you keep in touch and let us know what is going on, you return phone calls promptly, and your men work rapidly and neatly - everyday that had work on the house, things were cleaned up when we came home. I especially liked not having to re-hang the curtains! Thank you for the introduction to Steve Sims, who will be doing our landscaping this spring. I am especially grateful for this because of the trouble I have had trying to find a landscaper. Thank you also for the pictures you gave us of the new sided and roofed house!

We have been happy with every project you have done for us, including the beautiful deck you built us a few years ago. Please feel free to refer potential customers to us for a recommendation. You can be sure that we will give you a glowing one!

Attached please find the final check for the balance on the remodeling of our kitchen. We just wanted to take a moment to let you know how happy we are with our new kitchen. This is our second time using Homestead Remodeling. We used your company a few years ago for first floor windows and the window & patio door in the kitchen. We were pleased from the onset with the installation of the windows with the company's philosophies, professionalism and courtesy to the customer at all times.

When we decided to remodel the kitchen, we knew we would call you for an estimate. Not only were you quick to get back with us with the estimate, it was also in line with what we knew we were probably going to spend. We must compliment your workers, Paul & Rich?, as they did a phenomenal job, but we would also like to compliment your Project Manager, Rich Baruffi. Rich was always on top of everything. He would call us and let us know where they were at with the project, when they would be out again and when they would finish. He was also quick to return our phone calls when we called with questions and concerns. He did not seem to bat an eye when we asked him to have the workers replace three tiles we felt were off color. Although, since I told him this over the phone, I really don't know how he reacted! Just kidding!!

Everything went smoothly from beginning to end with the project. The only issue we had was with the microwave oven (which was not your fault at all) and they will be getting a not so nice letter from us! Rich would even touch base with us as to the whereabouts of the phantom microwave oven, as he wanted to get this project done for us!

Again, thanks for the wonderful kitchen. If you ever need a customer reference -please feel free to use us.

Now all that is left is the painting and we are doing that this weekend.

To Whom It May Concern,
It is a pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Robert Barber of Homestead Remodeling. Bob has done many remodeling jobs for us, and we are very pleased with his work. His company has replaced our windows, roof, gutters and did a superb job. The most complex job was remodeling our kitchen. We had virtually NO cabinet space. Bob's advise about placement of cabinets and appliances was extremely helpful.

Bob's technical knowledge helped us over many minute details, such as the type and size of the appliances we were purchasing and how they they would fit into our new kitchen. He came up with a design for our new kitchen, which fit our requirements within our specific parameters of space and style. He was able to answer and handle any questions that came up during our remodeling process. We had some specific technical request to add to our kitchen, and he researched solutions and came up with results that pleased us. His follow-up is intense, even years later. He randomly "stops by" to check things out and see if we have any problems. His company "fixes" any problems long after the job is done. Several years ago, we had "Tilt and Clean" gutters installed on our house, which were a new thing back then. The idea was great, but the gutters didn't work. Bob had his staff replace all those gutters with other permanent gutters, which are fine at no charge to us!

In summary, we feel that Bob Barber is a dedicated, hard-working, talented person, who does his very best to satisfy his customers. It is a pleasure working with him and we have recommended his services to all our friends.
